Dear Pastor or Youth Pastor,

            Eric Capaci and I are excited about the IMPACT YOUTH CONFERENCE, which will be held again at the GATLINBURG CONVENTION CENTER in  GATLINBURG, TENNESSEE July 27-31, 2009.

            I realize there are so many good conferences and camps to take your young people to. We praise God for all of them, and want you to know we are not in competition with any of them. We do have a burden, and want to do our part in reaching the next generation.

            Our speakers this year are Kenny Baldwin, Johnny Pope, Ron Bishop, and Ralph Sexton Jr. Reba Bowman will be speaking at the special girl’s session and Dwight Martin to the boys. Bro. Eric and I will speak some also. Music will be by the Ball Brothers, Daybreak Quartet, plus singers from our own ministries. We have also scheduled the Bruce Crevier Family for the entire week. They have 12 children, plus mom and dad, and perform incredible feats with a basketball. It will be a wonderful week.

            Our activities include DOLLYWOOD and DIXIE STAMPEDE. You have one afternoon to plan your own activity or simply rest.

            I apologize for not getting this letter out in January as I had promised; but I wanted to confirm some speakers before sending this letter out.

            We will send a brochure as soon as possible. We will have to go up on our cost because they all went up on us. The cost will be $250 per person which includes 4 nights in a motel, meals, T-shirt, pen and booklet, and all the sessions. It also includes Dollywood and Dixie Stampede. There are other packages that cost less, and will be listed in the brochure and on our website.
